Employees can now access many district needs through a single access point by using Conroe ISD Technology’s Single Sign On (SSO) system.
All CISD-supported apps are available to staff and students who ESIC Portal Login in to their accounts via a web browser.
- Select “CISD SSO” from the Conroe ISD website (www.conroeisd.net).
- Enter your username and the default password that were assigned to you in the email you received following the orientation in order to log in to the portal.
- Choose your security question from the menus and provide the necessary information. Carefully type.
- Before you can create a new password, you will need to answer the three security questions correctly. To do this, you must first enter your district username and your new security answers. For future use, make a note of the security questions and their responses.
- The length of your password must range from 8 to 20 characters, with at least one special character (such as # @! *) and a mix of letters and numbers. Reminder: avoid using the following characters: $ % _ & + =
- The last task is to establish a connection to the Employee Access Center, or EAC, within the SSO.
- You can check and update your financial information and personal information through the EAC. (For example, taxes, pay stubs, W2s, etc.)
- Use a secure computer to log into the SSO.
- A new tab or page will open when you click the Employee Access Center App.
- Enter your six-digit employee number as your User ID and the last four digits of your SSN as your Password when logging in to the EAC app for the first time.
- Make security Q&A that are distinct from your SSO Q&A and SAVE.
- To bypass the security questions menu, click the circle that displays your initials in the top right corner and choose Preferences. You can then reselect your questions and SAVE.
- A notification stating that “Q&A have been updated successfully” ought to appear. Give the demographics page a moment to load automatically.
- Every time you access the SSO, you must log in to the EAC using your six-digit employee ID and your most recent password.
- You now have to sign your Letter of Reasonable Assurance.
- Locate “Letters of Reasonable Assurance” under the “Links” section of the website. A blue menu will appear on the left side of the page.
- A fresh window will open. Return to “Sign” the LRA after clicking to view the entire letter.
- The document status will change to “View” after it is finished.
- To exit Employee Access Center, click the “X” next to the tab that has just opened.
- Go to the upper right corner of your SSO page and select the drop-down menu next to your name to log out of your SSO.
- Although having access to the SSO is advantageous, in order to keep yourself safe and safeguard your personal data, you MUST log out and use a secure network!
